The Software
The software from Signalling Centre Software is for use on Microsoft Windows versions 95, 98, ME, XP, NT4, 2000, Vista and Windows 7(click for latest information). Exeter, Preston, Edinburgh and the Timetable Editor are only suitable for 32 bit versions of Windows, they are not compatible with the 64 bit version. All other software runs on both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Window. All software is only available on CD-ROM. You may also request the installation by email. A printed manual is supplied with all software that details how to use it. Free updates by email are available for the lifetime of the simulation. Free support can be obtained from Signalling Centre Software in the support area.
Orders are normally despatched within seven days of receipt of your payment, with Air Mail being used for deliveries outside the United Kingdom. Please allow additional time for delivery especially during public holidays. The emailing of installations will be done as soon as possible once your order is received.
Under no circumstances will liability exceed the purchase price of the software nor include any consequential, incidental or indirect loss arising from its use. Other than the Evaluation Versions, the software from Signalling Centre Software is for your own personal use. It must not be copied, transferred, transmitted, lent, hired, distributed, modified or stored in any form (other than for your own backup purposes) without the written permission of Andrew George at Signalling Centre Software.
The software is not provided for evaluation. Evaluation versions of the software are available free of charge from the Signalling Centre Software web site in the downloads area. If the software media is found to be faulty Signalling Centre Software will replace it free of charge. In the event of a software fault Signalling Centre Software will aim to rectify the problem with co-operation from yourself, and in the unlikely event we are unable resolve the problem within a reasonable time we are happy to provide a full refund for the faulty software. Refunds for non-faulty software will be given at the discretion of Signalling Centre Software.
